In case of cancellation, the first night's stay is non-refundable.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Meetings or parties of any kind are not allowed in rooms. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupant from the room.
This reservation is non-transferable.
In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged, or according to the revised conditions of the reservation offer, the amount for one night's room charge (including applicable government taxes).
The property reserves the right to evict guests due to conduct or behavior, or for safety or medical reasons. This particularly applies if guests do not follow instructions from property staff, express discriminatory behavior, or harass or endanger other guests.
Guests must never compromise the health, safety, and security standards of the property.
Guests must present an original form of identification upon arrival at the property.
Special offer conditions apply to specific reservations, and in case of conflict, these special offer conditions will prevail.
In case of discrepancies in the final invoice provided after service receipt, the invoice terms shall prevail.
Guests are expected to maintain proper order and hygiene and respect all safety and hygiene instructions provided by the property, and will be solely responsible for any violations.
Guests must properly maintain and not damage or destroy any property items and valuables. The property reserves the right to impose charges if it is proven beyond doubt that damages/destruction to the property’s assets (furniture or real estate) were caused by the guest.
Guests must inform the property in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to fabrics, materials, cleaning products, or foods.
Guests may store valuables in the room safe or request the property to store them. The property may charge for storing these items.
If the items guests wish to store are exceptionally valuable, they must notify the property beforehand. The property may refuse to store such valuables.Management and staff work diligently to ensure a safe environment and request guests do the same. The property is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or misplaced on the premises due to guests’ acts or omissions.Lost items found on the premises are recorded and stored securely. Eventually, items are disposed of or donated to charity. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items recovered after guest departure are retained only until the end of that day’s operations.Claimed items can be collected at the property with valid identification, or the property may arrange shipment on behalf of the guest at the guest’s expense.The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check regularly for updates.We strive to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory; however, the property accepts no liability for economic or other losses, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control.
