How to Arrive

From Barcelona Airport (El Prat)1. Metro: Take the L9 Sud from the airport to Collblanc, then switch to L5 to Diagonal. From Diagonal, transfer to L6 (now ending at Sarrià instead of Reina Elisenda). From Sarrià, take the L12 directly to Reina Elisenda.2. Bus: The Aerobus still provides service from the airport to Plaça Catalunya. From there, you can take the L6 metro to Sarrià, and then change to L12 to reach Reina Elisenda (Spain Inspired) (tmb) .3. Taxi and Ride-Sharing: A taxi remains a straightforward option with an estimated fare of €25-30 for the 20-minute trip. Ride-sharing services like MyTaxi and Cabify are also viable options (Spain Inspired) .From Girona Airport* Bus: Travel from Girona Airport to Estació del Nord in Barcelona. Take the L1 metro from Arc de Triomf (near Estació del Nord) to Plaça Catalunya. Then, switch from Plaça Catalunya to the L6 metro line to Sarrià, followed by L12 to Reina Elisenda.

In case of cancellation, the first night's stay is non-refundable.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Meetings or parties of any kind are not allowed in rooms. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupant from the room.
This reservation is non-transferable.
In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged, or according to the revised conditions of the reservation offer, the amount for one night's room charge (including applicable government taxes).
The property reserves the right to evict guests due to conduct or behavior, or for safety or medical reasons. This particularly applies if guests do not follow instructions from property staff, express discriminatory behavior, or harass or endanger other guests.
Guests must never compromise the health, safety, and security standards of the property.
Guests must present an original form of identification upon arrival at the property.
Special offer conditions apply to specific reservations, and in case of conflict, these special offer conditions will prevail.
In case of discrepancies in the final invoice provided after service receipt, the invoice terms shall prevail.

Guests may store valuables in the room safe or request the property to store them. The property may charge for storing these items.
If the items guests wish to store are exceptionally valuable, they must notify the property beforehand. The property may refuse to store such valuables.
Management and staff work diligently to ensure a safe environment and request guests do the same. The property is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or misplaced on the premises due to guests’ acts or omissions.Lost items found on the premises are recorded and stored securely. Eventually, items are disposed of or donated to charity. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items.
